The comfortable beds at Four Points By Sheraton made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was conveniently located near major roadways for easy travel around the Capital Region.
Although there were some drawbacks, such as stains on the bathroom walls and carpet, as well as a noisy AC unit, the overall comfort of the room made up for these issues. Additionally, the food served at the bar could be improved to offer a more contemporary cuisine, as it tasted like prepackaged and microwaved food.

The location of the hotel in Albany is excellent and great, just next door to downtown Albany and hospitals as well as Albany and parks/attractions around the upstate area. The staff are great and kind and deserve a 3-star rating. Fairly clean place, I would stay here again.

Exceptionally comfortable and quiet hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The staffs were exceptional & kind. There were climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room, really enjoyed that. The location was particularly good and marvellous, so close to downtown Albany and hospitals, in a fairly nice area. Also, a state museum was 2 miles away.
